Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where individuals can comfortably express their opinions. We focus on improving conversational skills and critical thinking through open discussions on personal, societal, and current events.
In both one-on-one and group sessions, our role involves guiding and facilitating discussions to ensure smooth conversations and equal participation. We encourage members to choose diverse topics, ask open-ended questions, provide clarifications, manage the conversation's pace, and ensure balanced participation. We also offer real-time corrections and alternative expressions.
Our primary objective is to establish a safe and inclusive space where every member feels confident sharing their ideas and opinions. This approach leads to purposeful and enlightening discussions on the weekly topic.
